Our Mission

To provide a safe, comfortable, time and place for children to connect with family.

Our policies and procedures are designed for the safety and well being of every participant.  Safety is paramount to supervised visits.  It is the goal of this program to ensure the safety of all parties involved in the supervised visit process.  DC Family Connections' Policies and Procedures meet the national standards for safety and Security provided by the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN).  All employees, independent contractors and clients must review and agree to the Safety and Security Protocol terms prior to supervision of visits. Your cooperation is expected.  For our supervised visitation program, we have three levels of supervised visits and three fee schedules to help families.

 We understand seeing your child or children is extremely important to you and we want to help you set up a safe visit as soon as possible.

 We require all participants to attend an orientation meeting which will help us get familiar with your family and the current supervision needs.  At this meeting, we ask that you fill out identifying information and read and sign our policies and procedures so you can have a clear picture of what to expect during the visits.  We ask that you bring the following information to the orientation:

Copy of current court orders;
Copy of any current restraining orders;
Copy of current mediation report;
Copy of your drivers license.

After all of the paperwork is received and the orientations are completed, we can schedule the first visit.
